You must have a car unless you are planning to Uber or use a taxi. This unit sleeps 16 guests in the bedrooms. Two additional guests can sleep on the living room sofa. This unique property features an open concept in the living space with cozy private lounging areas. The large dining table sits underneath a 20-foot ceiling letting in the natural light. The waterview will take your breath away as you look out into the patio. For those water, enthusiasts walk out to the dock and go fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding onto the calm waters of the Torrecillas lagoon. NOTE: Being in front of the Lagoon, bugs will come out at sunrise and sunset. You must stay indoors or wear bug spray if this bothers you. You must keep all doors to the outside close at all times.
