We are available from 8AM to 5PM every day and over our call agents 24 hours a day. Safe to walk around, fun during the day and night, close to the airport, and family-friendly. Walking distance to Walgreens, Restaurants, supermarkets, casinos, hotels, fast foods, public transportation, watersports, jet ski rentals, banana boat, parasailing, and Isla Verde beach! If you are visiting for 2-3 days, you will enjoy walking the area. It's really safe to walk around to the beach, hotels, casinos, nightlife, restaurants, and more. You are most likely not going to need to rent a car. If you are staying for a few more days or if you are looking to explore the island, consider renting a car as taking taxis outside the San Juan area can be expensive. There is Uber available in P.R. and taxis have flat rates within San Juan, no meters. Expect to pay around $12-$20 for each cab ride. If you rent a car, the place includes 3 assigned parking spots so no need to struggle to find street parking. You can grab a taxi or a bus just downstairs anytime to see the sights and explore. Beach chair rentals and watersports are just a few steps from the complex lobby on the beach in front. The condo is centrally located on the Isla Verde Beachfront next to Fairmont El San Juan hotel, 10 minutes from Old San Juan and La Placita, 30 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest and the Bio Bay.
