We have three apartments in this property. You are renting the downstairs studio in the back featuring: -Queen bed -AC -Beach gear included: towels, chairs, and coolers (fist come, first serve) -Backup water cistern for peace of mind -High speed internet -Power Generator -Shared Pool Nestled between Isla Verde and Condado/Old San Juan, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds—easy access to the top restaurants, beaches, and attractions (just 5–15 minutes away) while returning to a safe, residential neighborhood. Please note the area is lively and can be noisy at times. Uber is reliable and affordable in the area, making it easy to explore without a car. Should you choose to drive, gated driveway parking is available (shared with one other unit), as well as street parking. That's our team only selects the best locations at the right prices so whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, as a group or with family, you know you are getting the best place in San Juan for your stay. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification by third party, TRUVI. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit ($500 with a processing fee of $15) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver ($35). We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
